Wyatt Joseph Kozaczka-Campbell
July 3, 2024- July 14, 2024
Just 11 days after coming into the world, Wyatt Joseph passed away peacefully in his parents' arms in the Neonatal ICU at Baystate Medical Hospital in Springfield, Ma. During that fleeting time, he touched many lives and was loved by all who met him.
Born two weeks late with severe complications from the birth, Wyatt was still able to grip his mother's finger and respond to his father's touch during his brief stay on earth. He had his father’s dirty blonde hair and his mothers button nose. He was born at 10:38pm on July 3rd, and passed at 9:12 the morning of July 14th.
Wyatt joins his grandmother, Bobbie-Jo Day; his uncle, Jonathon Schlagel; his great-grandmother, Loretta Day; and his great-grandfathers, Donald Kozaczka and Eugene Berman. He is survived by his loving mother and father, Taylor Kozaczka-Campbell and Matthew Campbell; his many grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncle and cousins.
The family would like to thank the NICU staff at Baystate Medical for their effort and dedication.
Visitation will be from 11-12:30 on Saturday July 27th with a memorial service to begin at 12:30 at Mitchell Funeral Home located at 15 Park Street, Easthampton.
