Sylvia (Kramarz) Siemionko

Sylvia Siemionko of Easthampton, born 13, August 1933 in Ludlow . To John and Bertha Kramarz.  She passed away on 1. November,2023 at Baystate Medical Center after a short illness. She was predeceased by her husband Roger Siemionko. As well as her first husband Joseph P. Zera

She leaves behind her Daughter Laurie Mullen and her Husband Bill of Easthampton, Sister Joanne and Husband Richard of Delaware. Roger Keith Siemionko and his wife, Susan of Delaware. Three grandchildren, one of her grandchildren was taken too soon in his life, Mathew. and six Great Grandchildren.  And many nieces and nephews. And her best friend Ernie. There are no calling hours and burial is private.  

In lieu of flowers Donations may be made in honor of her grandson Matthew Siemionko to Edward Jones, Joe Quig Stone Office Park,724 Yorklyn Rd, Hockessin, Delaware 19707 with Matthew’s name on the memo section or Good Dog Rescue 2809 Kirby Rd, Suite 116, Memphis, Tennessee 38119 with Ernie Mullen’s name on the memo.  Her family would like to thank the staff at Baystate Medical Center for her care.
