Ruth Ann (Boudo) Jones

Ruth Ann Boudo Jones 82, daughter of the late Henry J. Boudo and Helen M. (LaMontagne) Boudo, passed peacefully in her sleep the morning of June 4, 2025, at Elaine Manor in Hadley, MA. 

Ruth was born on November 27, 1942, in Northampton, MA.  She graduated from Northampton High School in 1960, attended Holyoke Junior College, and graduated from Northampton Commercial College in 1963.  Ruth worked in the local school systems through the years including the University of Massachusetts and Smith College.  She was married on September 20, 1969, to the late Robert J. Jones who died in 2022.

She leaves her daughter Kristine M. Jones of South Hadley, MA, her son Bryan J. Jones of West Springfield MA, a brother Paul H. Boudo of West Springfield, MA, 8 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.

Besides her parents she was predeceased by one brother Kenneth G. Boudo.

Services for Ruth will be held June 17, 2025, at the Mitchell Funeral Home at 12 noon.  Calling hours will be 10:30am till the time of the service.  Followed by burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Northampton at 1pm.
