Louise Garde

Louise Garde, age 89, passed away at Cooley Dickinson Hospital on September 17th, 2025.  She was born in Northampton, MA, on November 30th, 1935, the daughter of  Louis Farrick and Mary Farrick. Louise attended public schools in Northampton. She attended Smith Vocational High School and attained her GED. She was employed in Customer Service in the Food Industry field.

She is survived by her son Michael J. Fournier of Texas, her daughter Suzan Buchanan, her 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildrenand, her brother Joseph Farrick. She was preceded by her husband Robert J. Fournier, daughter Ann Marie. Siblings Susan, Rosey, Gloria and Louis.

The family will hold a service at Mitchell Funeral Home on Saturday, September 27th from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.
