Jonathan Wintle Obituary

Jonathan Wintle age 46, passed away at home on March 23rd, 2026. He was born in Northampton, Massachusetts on October 28th, 1979. He was the son of Keith Wintle and Vivian Wintle(Maziarz).

Jonathan attended both Hampshire Regional high school and Northampton high school and then moved to Vergennes VT and graduated from Vergennes high school in 1998.

During his time in Vermont, he started working for Burger King and became a manager. During his time in Vermont, he spent a lot of time in Montreal where he became a DJ. After his time in Vermont, he traveled to Florida where he lived for a few years.

He moved back to Western Massachusetts in 2006 and decided he had to stay, working for Burger King and he worked alongside his parents at Jonathans Yard and Garden. He was passionate about computers and technology and his way with numbers made his accounting career successful. During Covid he decided to further his education and obtained a master’s degree in accounting.

Every place Jonathan traveled he instantly made friends and was always there to help.

He is predeceased by his loving great grandmother Ethel Meyers (Henry Meyers), grandparents Alice and John Maziarz. Marilyn and Harry Wintle. His uncle Brian Maziarz and his aunt Vivian Ann Poreda, His lifelong friends who became family Carlos Picot, who he traveled to many places with Joshua Stevens.

He is survived by his loving parents Keith and Vivian Wintle, his brother Matthew and his wife Tracy Wintle. Three nieces and nephews, and many aunts and uncles and cousins. In addition to the many many friends made throughout his travels in life. He will be deeply missed and cherished by all the lives he touched.

The family will hold calling hours on Thursday April 2nd 4:00pm-6:00pm at Mitchells Funeral Home.
