John Edmund Hums, 71, passed away unexpectedly on October 2, 2023. John was a 1970 graduate of Pottsgrove High School in PA John is survived by his fiancee, Connie Tanguay, his daughter Stephanie Vanning (wife of Chad) two grandchildren, Grace and Nathan Vanning, two brothers, George Hums and Timothy Hums (husband of Penny), sister Jeanette Durchin (wife of Martin), and several nieces and nephews. John is predeceased by his parents, Edmund and Emily Hums and his sister, Patricia Ziemba (wife of Paul).
