Jayne passed away after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Jayne was predeceased by her father Walter, Mother Lydia and her beloved Babchi. She married her soulmate Bud, they married on June 2, 2001. She had the kindest heart and was a wonderful wife and sister; she shared many memories with her family of Sunday drives and going to the beach and out to dinner and many more heartfelt memories. Jayne truly loved all her animals including her beloved cats Caleb and Zachary. She is survived by her loving husband Edwin S. “Bud” Warkulewicz Jr, sisters Linda Davis, Donna Ciak, Kimberly Ciak, brother Thomas Ciak and husband Rithy Lon, nephew and godson Mike Davis and grandnephew Brett Davis. In lieu of flowers we would appreciate donations to either CDH Hospice VNA or the Westfield homeless cat project.

Calling hours will be held at the Mitchell Funeral Home on Wednesday June 10th from 2-5pm.
