Felix Ortiz 85, of Easthampton died May 2 in Baystate Medical Center, Springfield. He was born Sept. 10, 1927 in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico the son of the late Juan and Candida Ceballo Ortiz. He attended schools in Puerto Rico and later moving in early 1960’s to New York City. He worked in Senate Assembly for the State of New York retiring in 2000.
He moved to Easthampton in 2008 to be closer to his family.
Felix is survived by one daughter Judith M. Ortiz of Easthampton and one grandson Raul , of Easthampton, also for all those that were blessed to cross his path and see his pure heart.
