However, just prior to attending college Brian became afflicted with illness which caused limitations and lifelong struggles for him. He was an active member of NAMI Central Mass (National Alliance on Mental Illness) for many years, helping others navigate the complicated mental health system to get the correct diagnosis and treatment.
All of Brian’s siblings will remember his passion for music as evidenced by his extensive record collection that he had back in the day. He liked anything from the Rolling Stones to Michael Jackson and much in between.
He was able to relate well with children, and he was very pleased to be spending time with his nieces and nephews, especially Olivia, Zach, and Colin.
A Private Celebration of Life for Brian will be held In June.
