|Chris was such a joy to be around. I will forever be thankful for the laughs we shared and the conversations we had. Chris was truly an artist in more ways than one. Her paintings show how she saw life, she appreciated the details of it. To me, the fact that her paintings were so beautiful make me smile because it means she saw life in that positive light and wanted to share that with those around her. I am so proud of Chris that she accomplished her goal of walking in public this fall to attend a pizza lunch. I know how much this meant to Chris, and she had an art for sticking to her goals as well. She was very determined and did not let the struggles of life bring her down. I will always admire her for that. I am also thankful that through her I was able to meet everyone in such a wonderful family. I know she is in a better place painting right now!|

|I am so sorry to hear of Christine's passing. She was a kind woman who brought my mother a lot of joy in her final years, reaching out to her in phone calls and facebook. I recall riding alongside her on the hayride one October with the 4-H families, and seeing her smile at so many of our outings. when it came time to prepare our home in Southampton to be sold, we had very limited time to grab things we wanted. I traveled down from Maine with one truck to gather up a list from my mother and the few things I could fit of my own. One of the last things I made sure I got was the slate your mother painted so many years ago for our family home of two beautiful, colorful lovebirds and our name, "The Pariseau's" with her signature in the lower right hand corner. That slate now adorns my home up here in Maine. I see it each day I enter my home and know in my heart that it represents a new generation of Pariseaus with me and my wife and our children and grandchildren. Your family meant a lot to mom and dad. Dad always wanting me to drive him up to see Steve about one thing or another. I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers during this sad time for your family, and during this sad crisis for the world. God bless you and stay safe.|

|My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. It is so hard to say good bye and face the day. Christine was an inspiration to me when I became part of the family with her beautiful smile, warm hugs, her love of life and making me feel at home.
She brought us all together for Christmas parties, summer gatherings, family reunions, Thanksgivings and what ever occasion she could pull together for. Chris always found us a place to gather so we could reconnect and enjoy great food. If you left hungry it wasn't for a lack of food.
Chris was an amazing artist and I always looked forward to see what new painting techniques and how you used them. She has touched all our lives and has made us better for knowing her. Christine will be greatly missed.
