I am so sorry to hear about the loss of our friend, Matt. I only knew Matt since 2014 when I started working at Ebtec. He was the first one to approach me and make me feel welcome at the new job, which I appreciated very much. After that we had many conversations about common interests we shared like 80's music and movies, since we were only 8 days apart in age, and our love of the martial arts, especially the UFC. I will miss these times and will always remember Matt as the guy who would break the tension with a joke or funny story and you couldn't help but laugh along with him. The only peace I can think of is that now he is reunited with his beloved Mary. Remember that as long as we keep Matt alive in our thoughts and hearts, he will never truly be gone from us. I hope you can find joy again in time and always remember the light he brought with him into this world and the happiness he gave to all who knew him. God bless.

Lyn and I were so sad to hear of Matt's passing. I have known Matt for over 30 years and most of those memories were made from Matt working at Ebtec. Matt was a skilled Electron Beam Welder as well as a creative thinker and problem solver.
He was forever youthful at heart and could make anyone laugh even under the most stressful situations. His off road motorcycle skills were simply amazing. In the early days he would drop by the house on a Saturday or Sunday to see if I would like to join him and his friends for a motorcycle ride in the woods. He would always offer to let me lead, which I did for about 2 to 3 minutes until Matt would blow by me and then I would see him again at the end of the day. Matt was a genuinely good person and a man you could always count on. Matt will be missed by all that were lucky enough to know him.

So sorry to here Matt is gone! I had the pleasure to get to spend a couple hours catching up with Matt in April, my belly hurt the next day from all the laughing. He was special kind of person, those of us who had the privilege to know him are the better for it!
