Dennis Lebeau 75. Of Easthampton passed away at his home on Thursday March 29, with his loving family at his side. He was born in 1942 in Northampton the son of Armand and Eva Godaire Lebeau. He attended local schools and graduated from Smith Vocational High School in 1961 and attended Holyoke Community College. He played baseball and basketball in high school, was an avid candle pin bowler, and golfer he loved all sports. Dennis's career of 40 years as a Quality Manager and trouble shooter with various jobs including Spaulding and Telefex Fluid Systems, which allowed him to meet several high-profile athletes like Julius Erving, Ray Floyd, Digger Phelps, and Jim Rice and more. He also traveled extensively throughout the USA, Europe and the Pacific rim. He was a precinct member, coached Little League for 12 years, was president of Easthampton Little League for three terms. Dennis retired in 2002 to spend more time with his family. Dennis was an avid UMASS sports fan as well as the New York Gaints and the Boston Redsox. Dennis also enjoyed spending time taking exceptional care of his lawn.
Dennis was married to the love of his life Dianne Carrier Lebeau in 1963 and celebrated 46 years of marriage until Dianne passed in 2006.
Dennis is survived by one son Dennis Lebeau,ll of Easthampton, two daughters Angela Patenaude (Thomas), Carla Lebeau (Jonathan) both of Easthampton, his twin brother Dave Lebeau (Donna) of Easthampton, four grandchildren Brendan (Karlyn), Kirstin, Cameron and  Sandra.
The Mass of Christian Burial   will be held Wednesday April 4, 2018 at 12 noon in the Our Lady of the Valley Church, 33 Adams Street, Easthampton, burial will be in Brookside Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Tuesday April 3rd from 4pm to 8pm at Mitchell Funeral Home, 15 Park Street, Easthampton. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be given in Dennis’ name to Cooley Dickinson VNA and Hospice, 168 Industrial Drive, Northampton, MA01060.
