Easthampton-Patrick J. Mullen 57 of Easthampton passed away September 11, 2017    at home in Easthampton with his loving wife , children, family and best friend, Mark Perras by his side. Patrick was born in Northampton, the son of the late Carol (Krawczyk) Mullen and William Mullen of Florida.

Patrick is survived by his wife, Ana Encarnación-Mullen , his daughter Chrystal Lee Candelaria and her husband Miguel of Florence and his son Christopher Patrick Mullen and his wife Bridget of Westfield. Patrick also leaves his granddaughter, Aaliyah Marie Lopez of Florence his sisters Kathy Nowak of Southampton, Maureen Collins of Easthampton, Colleen Grabowski of East Longmeadow, his brothers, William Mullen of East Longmeadow and Michael Mullen of Florida  and several nieces and nephews.  

Patrick enjoyed spending time with his children and family and was very proud of his children's accomplishments. He had a great love for his wife and his two shih tzus Luna and Obby.  He cherished walking Luna and Obby at the park where he met  many pet lovers. He loved sharing funny stories of his daily walks with the dogs with Ana and his extended  family and friends. He was an enthusiastic and devoted fan of Tom Brady and the New England Patriots.  Patrick liked to play golf and go fishing with his friends. To honor Patrick’s wishes his funeral will be private and at the convenience of his family.  A celebration of  his life will be held at a later day.   In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to an Animal Shelter of your choice.

I work at Highland Valley Elder Services and Patrick was always so friendly and upbeat as he went about his duties here. I am so sorry for your loss!!! A great man taken too soon from this world!! May happy memories sustain you during this difficult time.

To Ana and all of PJ's family, I am so sorry to hear of Patrick's passing. I remember joining the large Mullen family on West St., Easthampton for family holiday meals, and being included as if I was part of the family. My memories of PJ are strong and memorable, and I know he was deeply loved by his family. My very deepest and heartfelt condolences to all. Mikal

Thinking of you and your family at this time. I was so sorry to hear of PJ's passing. He is with his Mom now . Maybe that's a little comforting? Take care of his precious pups.
