So very sorry for you tragic loss! He was a man that was truly loved by all knew him. I can't begin to express the sorrow I feel for all of his family and friends (and there were many)including us. He is the step father to my Grandchildren, Tony, Jacob and Lucas. I never seen a more loving, giving and thoughtful man. Even thou we were not related and we were part of the past of Anne life before him. He treated us like family...always opened their home to us. He helped make sure we weren't the past but the present and future as well. I am very thankful that I did get a chance to tell him this last summer how much he meant to us. We all love you and are thankful to you for coming into our lives. Soar with Angel (without pain) in the presence of God! I know that you were not alone that day...God was holding your hand and guiding you home. I have tears for all of us because you certainly will be missed.

Dear Anne,
I just a brief note to say something about the kind of man I remember about David and I didnt even really know his first name. Just as your husband, but he was always so good with the kids when i first met you at the barn in Williamsburg when my sister had Scotch boarded there. He was always cheerful and kind to my dad as were you and he was an all around wonderful person as are you. He will be greatly missed I am sure. I am sure he is with the Lord in heaven and will ber forever your guardian angel. My sincere deepest sympathy and condolences to you and your family. I just felt compelled to reach out to you. You are an angel yourself. Gold Bless and should you need to talk or anything I am always available even though we do not know each other well. Prayers to all of you including David...
