I knew Liz and Garry Anderson for many years. Their love for each other was a wonderful thing to see and they shared a special bond. Garry's death a few years ago was extremely difficult for Liz and she never really fully recovered from losing the love of her life. Despite this loss, she still maintained a dignity and gentleness toward others. With her subtle sense of humor and the loving support of her family, especially her son Craig and daughter Karen, she managed to carry on until this final illness overtook her. She was a true lady in the finest sense of the word and I will miss my friend.

With regret,

Brian Burhoe
